Ship policies


Shipping

We ship via FedEx or USPS within the United States

We ship to Canada, Central and Latin America via FedEx.

 

Orders placed prior to 3:00 p.m. EST are shipped the following business day.

Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. EST are shipped within 2 business days.

Orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday.

 

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

 

Dermaceutic does not require a signature for your delivery. According to FedEx policy their drivers will only leave the package at a recipient's door, or other secure location, if the driver believes it is 'safe' and reasonable to do so. 

 

 

Rates & Methods

For real time rates provided by FedEx and USPS, place an item in your shopping bag at our online store and then click on "Edit Shipping... Delivery Date".

 

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and an email when your package is shipped.

 

 

FedEx and USPS Services Description

- FedEx Priority Overnight®: delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most areas, and by noon, 4:30 p.m. or 5 p.m. to some rural areas.

- FedEx Standard Overnight®: next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas; and by 8 p.m. to residences.

- FedEx 2Day® A.M.: delivery by 10:30 a.m. in 2 business days to most areas, by noon to some rural areas. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

- FedEx 2Day®: delivery by 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas, by 7 p.m. to residences. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

- FedEx Express Saver®: delivery in 3 business days to businesses by 4:30 p.m. and to residences by 7 p.m.

- FedEx Home Delivery® for residential deliveries: day-definite delivery to residential address 1 to 5 business days Tuesday-through-Saturday operation from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

- FedEx Ground® for business deliveries: day-definite delivery to business address in 1 to 5 business days Monday-through-Friday operation with deliveries by end of business day. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

- FedEx International Economy® provides delivery typically in 2 to 5 business days, and in 2 or 3 business days to Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. Check transit times for availability.

- FedEx International Priority® provides time-definite delivery, typically in 1, 2, or 3 business days, to major cities in Europe and Canada, typically in 2 business days. Check transit times for availability.

 

- USPS Priority and First Class Mail: domestic service in 1, 2, or 3 business days1 based on where the package starts and where it’s being sent

 

 

Tracking

Use your tracking number to track the status of your package on Fedex.com or USPS.com. Deliveries typically occur during normal business hours and depend on service selected. Your tracking number may not appear in the FedEx tracking system for 24 hours. Please be patient. You will be able to see it flow through the FedEx system and know the exact day it will arrive.

 

 

If there is a problem with an order you received, please email us at orders@dermaceutic.com. Refunds may not be given for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, package refusal, and/or incomplete or incorrect delivery address. Claims for damaged product must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
